Recent Projects: 2021 Lime Kiln Main Control Panel Lime Kiln Remote I/O Panel Projects: 2019 Ford Livonia, Michigan 250hp VFP panels for Mill water treatment DTE Chrysler Sterling Heights, Michigan Installation of BMS Controls Projects: 2015 Oakland University, Auburn Hills, Michigan – 100MM BTU Hot Water Generator System with a New Control Panel, Gas Train and Field Devices. We were able to complete this project from start to finish in a total of five weeks having a two week outage for installation and start-up.     ***** Michigan Sugar Company, Croswell, Michigan – Removal of a coal boiler (coal boiler was transfered to their Sebewaing plant), and new installation of a natural gas boiler, new Control Panel, Gas Train and Field Devices.   ***** Michigan Sugar Company, Sebewaing, Michigan – Coal boiler installation and upgrades, new Control Panel and Field Devices.   Projects: 2014 ProMedica Toledo Hospital, Toledo, Ohio – Retrofit upgrade – new PLC installation and software upgrades for two natural gas boilers and Plant Master Controls.   Projects: 2013 Michigan Sugar Company, Caro, Michigan – Removal of a coal boiler and installation of an additional natural gas boiler, new Boiler Control Panels and Plant Master Control, VFD Controls, Natural Gas Trains and Field Devices.   Projects: 2012 Michigan Sugar Company, Bay City, Michigan – New installation of a 200K lb. natural gas boiler, VFD Fan controls and braking panels, gas train and field devices, upgrade Plant Master controls.   ***** St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, Toledo, Ohio – Two upgraded gas/oil train and controls for 60k lb., 600 PSI boilers to produce electricity and process steam for the hospital. A new Feedwater Control system was also installed to manage the controls for the pumps along with a Plant Master control system.
